I found this little shed that looks so abandoned and lonely on our way to the reservoir. It looks like it should be a vibrant potting shed.
It could also have been used as a feeding station for some farm animals I guess. I just know sitting out in the snow and falling apart made it look very sad.
Broken and lonely -- yes it certainly is abandoned.
ReplyDeleteWhen I see buildings like that, I always think about the grand plans the original builder must have had and the sweat equity they probably put into erecting it. Sad, sad, sad....
ReplyDeleteA wonderful shot; like the light and composition.
ReplyDeleteYou can't expect people to keep paying rent if you won't fix the windows, it's snowing.
ReplyDeleteI like the fence and the light on the old grey boards.
ReplyDeleteAbandoned buildings are always kinda melancholy to me. I wonder what those walls would have seen, had they eyes . . .
ReplyDeleteVERY nice shot.
Beautiful photo & beautiful, solitary subject!
ReplyDeletelove this one...broken fence too...wow, even though it is sad, it makes for a fantastic shot, especially with the snow all around!
