Follow The Leader

This one had to be pulled out from the past because it was perfect for the Theme.  This is a series of photographs I took in Scotland.  The first one was when I happened to look over the edge and see a group of sheep coming up the path.  The second I saw the other sheep further out and started to watch them.  The third they were all coming toward the path and the fourth there are no more in the field.  I concluded -- they were following the leader.

The pictures should be viewed from the bottom up.  Sorry -- I couldn't tell how they were loading.

  1. I can see why you pulled these out - besides fitting the theme perfectly, the scenery is absolutely stunning! Beautiful images!

  2. The only thing missing is a sign like in Hamish MacBeth, with four sheep in a line, and the fourth surrounded by the deterrent barred circle, indicating "No More than Three sheep abreast on that track"

  5. Great series of photos! I love the sheep single-filing up the trail, no jostling for position. They're great!

  9. You did a special sequence just for those sheep. Aren't you in control here! They knew they had better behave.
